I was just a person with a dream. I wanted a fresh start, a career I actually loved. But I had no savings, no roadmap, and no real guidance.
I just started with what I had. I documented everything—the wins, the struggles, the awkward moments. Other estheticians—some just starting, some years in—were watching, commenting, reaching out. They felt the same way I did. They had the same questions, the same fears, the same “am I even doing this right?” moments.
That’s when I knew—we needed a space for this. That’s how Esti Community was born. Not from a business plan, but from real experiences, real conversations, and a real need for connection. So here we are. A community built for estheticians, by an esthetician who’s been exactly where you are.
